• ✓Birth certificate (original + copy)
• ✓Last school report / leaving certificate
• ✓Passport-size photos (4 copies)
• ✓Immunisation / vaccination card
• ✓Parent/guardian national ID copy
• ✓Transfer letter (if transferring schools)
